Energy Healing

Energy healing is a gentle, sacred practice that works with the natural flow of energy within your body to support balance, alignment, and facilitate your body's ability to heal itself. In each session, I hold a loving, intentional space where your energy can realign, replenish, and return to a more harmonious state— spiritually, mentally and physically.  People often experience deep relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, pain relief, mental clarity, heart opening, and a renewed sense of well-being. Every session is unique, as I always work with what your soul and body are ready to receive in the session.  Many clients feel the presence of angels, see golden or white light, or sense their own radiant divine essence.  Each session includes a consultation and an angel message with interpretation, and the energies continue to support you long after our time together.

I offer healing sessions in person, by phone, Zoom, or remotely (distance healing), in exchange for a love donation. With regard to distant healing, because energy exists beyond time and space, distance is never a barrier. All that’s needed is for my intention to send healing energy to you and your openness to receive it—allowing the healing to unfold naturally, for your highest good.

ANGEL LIGHT HEALING 

I align with the angelic realm to facilitate this gentle hands-on energy healing practice to support your spiritual, mental and physical well- being.   During a session, high-frequency angelic energy and light codes flow to you to help clear energetic blocks, balance your chakras, and restore inner peace.  Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, and emotional release. Some describe the sensation of being touched by loving hands, which I recognize as the comforting presence of the angels. Each session unfolds in the way that best supports you.  This divine, unconditional energy is available to everyone and supports emotional healing, energetic balance, spiritual growth, physical well-being, and protection from low or dense energies—all within a safe, nurturing space.  

LIGHT LANGUAGE HEALIN G 

This healing modality carries its own unique vibration and frequency, expressed through sound, movement, and sacred signing.  In a session, I channel this energy directly to your energetic body, bypassing the logical mind to help release blockages, shift old patterns, and support your deepest healing. This healing speaks to your soul, helping you connect with your higher self, awaken spiritually, and align more fully with your life’s purpose. Each session unfolds in the way your system needs, allowing the energy to flow where it is most beneficial for you.

REIKI 

Known worldwide, Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing practice from Japan. In a session, I channel unconditional loving energy through my hands, allowing it to flow where your spirit, mind and body need it most. My intention is to help you restore balance, harmony, and a sense of peace within your being.   Many people find themselves deeply relaxing, releasing stress, easing pain, sleeping more restfully, and feeling overall well-being. You may notice warmth, tingling, seeing colors, or simply a quiet, peaceful sense of connection to yourself and the Divine.

CHANNELED ANGEL MESSAGES

As a conscious channel, I offer Angelic messages from my loving spirit guides known to me as Beloved Rainbow Council of Christ Light Frequencies, or simply BELOVED. These messages are offered to support personal insight, healing, and spiritual growth.  During private sessions and Angel Healing Circles, guidance may come through from loving beings of light, including my Great Aunt who anointed me, the Archangelic realm, Ascended Masters, and other higher-dimensional loving helpers. Private sessions are available both in person and remotely.

I provide both a pre- and post-consultation to support you in connecting more deeply with your spiritual nature. Together, we explore your challenges and life situations, offering guidance to help you navigate them with greater clarity, positivity, and purpose.  Through spiritual consultation, I seek to empower you with wisdom, insight, and understanding of the patterns and connections that shape your past, present, and future, helping you step into the power within you so you can more fully express your highest potential.
